Spectacular colorized film of the beginning of the German occupation of The Netherlands during WW-II

Voorafgaand aan de herdenking van de bevrijding van Nederland op 5 mei toont deze film spectaculair ingekleurde beelden van het begin van de Duitse bezetting in mei 1940.

In deze documentaire ga je terug naar het begin van de Tweede Wereldoorlog, toen de Duitsers in mei 1940 een wrede aanval op Nederland lanceerden.
De film concentreert zich op de bewogen dagen waarin het land zich opmaakt voor oorlog, Rotterdam tot de grond wordt gebombardeerd, de Nederlandse regering capituleert en de Duitsers de controle over het land overnemen. Ook zijn er scènes uit het dagelijks leven tijdens de bezetting te zien en beelden over de NSB-partij.

Deze video is hersteld, verbeterd en ingekleurd door middel van de nieuwste A.I. videosoftware. Voor het grootste deel van de film is een nieuwe inkleuringsmethode gebruikt die substantieel betere resultaten behaalt dan met de standaard inkleur software die we normaal gebruiken.
